Apple and blackberry crumble recipe
At Isobelle's Pantry HQ, we love a bowl of homemade crumble! It's our pudding of choice at the moment. We've been using the blackberries we've picked on our recent foraging adventures and pairing them with apples from a friend's garden.

5 small apples
2 or 3 handfuls of blackberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
half tsp cinnamon
125g plain flour
70g butter
50g soft brown sugar
25g oats
We like to soften our apples with a little sugar, cinnamon and water in a pan, before placing them at the bottom of the baking dish with the blackberries.  Then we cover the fruit with our favourite topping mixture.  To make this, everything is placed in a bowl and the butter rubbed into the rest of the ingredients.  The crumble is baked for 20-30 minutes on a medium temperature.
